NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - It’s week eight of the regular season this weekend, and right now we have a good idea who’s separating themselves in the area. Karr, Curtis, Terrebonne, and Lakeshore remain the only undefeated squads in our rankings.

1. Karr

Can week 10 of the season get here soon enough?! The Cougars meet up with Easton for the district title on the West Bank. Can’t wait!

2. Curtis

Seven weeks into the campaign, and shocker, the Patriots have an umblemished record. Next week, their matchup with Rummel will be for the Catholic League title.

3. Ehret

The District 8-5A crown resides on the West Bank after the Patriots beat Landry-Walker. Ehret is dangerous on both sides of the ball. This team is a contender for the Dome in December.

4. Terrebonne

The Tigers look unstoppable on offense. Ja’Khi Douglas and Chaz Ward can beat you in so many ways. Terrebonne is at Destrehan in week 10 for the district title.

5. Lakeshore

I honestly see no way Lakeshore gets beat this regular season. The Titans are torching opponents.

6. Destrehan

With J.R. Blood at QB, John Emery at RB, and Quinton Torbor ar WR, the Wildcats can beat anyone on the schedule.

7. Easton

November 1st, be there! Easton at Karr.

8. Slidell

HUGE test for Slidell Friday night, St. Paul’s visits the Tigers. District title could be on the line for this matchup.
