NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -The New Orleans Police Department is searching for three men they believe are responsible for a savage beating in the Marigny.
According to a news release issued by the NOPD, the incident happened on Sunday in the 1400 block of Decatur Street.
The victim told police the men shouted racial slurs and beat him with brass knuckles and a beer bottle.

According to NOPD, the first suspect is described as a white male wearing a camouflage sweatshirt and khaki shorts. The second is described as a white male wearing a purple LSU cap, purple LSU sweatshirt and either khaki or gold pants. The third is described as a white male wearing a purple, grey and gold LSU shirt and khaki shorts
NOPD also wants to speak with three persons of interest in connection with the investigation.
The three subjects pictured below were seen with the three male suspects at the time of the incident, according to NOPD.
These persons of interest are not wanted in connection with this incident. NOPD said they may have valuable information regarding the incident and the pictured suspects.
