NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - The struggling Pelicans got a much-needed win against the over-matched Cavaliers, 133-98. New Orleans outscored Cleveland by 17 points in the third quarter to seal the “W.” The Cavaliers own the worst record in the NBA with an 8-32 record.

Anthony Davis racked up a double-double with 20 points and 10 boards. Jrue Holiday led New Orleans with 22 points on 9-of-13 shooting. Julius Randle matched A.D.'s double-double with 20 points and 12 rebounds.

New Orleans had seven players score in double-figures. Elfrid Payton, E’Twaun Moore, Darius Miller, and Jahlil Okafor also finished with 10 or more points.

The Pelicans (18-22) return home to face the Grizzlies on Monday night.
