NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - LSU grabbed the seventh spot in Garland Gillen’s final AP poll of the 2018 season. The Tigers finished the season with a 10-3 record. LSU finished the campaign with a 40-32 win over UCF in the Fiesta Bowl.

Ed Orgeron’s squad returns their starting quarterback in Joe Burrow. LSU could start next season with a top ten ranking, and possibly get into the top five.

Clemson won their second title over Alabama in three years. Five SEC schools finished in the top ten.
