NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - For the first time since November, the Pelicans won back-to-back games by disposing of the Grizzlies, 114-95. The two-game win streak moves New Orleans to 19-22.

Anthony Davis racked up 36 points by going 14-of-20 from the field, and also pulled down 13 boards.

“A.D. was A.D., but I just thought it was a really good team win for us because I thought, defensively, the last two games we’ve been really, really solid,” said Pels head coach Alvin Gentry.

Frank Jackson finished the night with 17 points off the bench.

“I was just trying to be myself, stay aggressive and feed off the energy I got from my teammates. They did a great job of finding me in positions to score and, you know, I was just myself tonight,” said Frank Jackson.

The Pelicans host the worst team in the NBA on Wednesday, the Cleveland Cavaliers.
