NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - A storm moves to the north of the area on Saturday but there will be some spotty rain across the area during the afternoon. Most, if not all of the rain should move out of the area by the evening. It will be quite mild with highs around 70.
It will turn breezy and colder on Sunday with temperatures struggling into the 50s. Most of the day will be in the 40s but it will feel like 40s regardless because of the wind. Clouds could also hamper any warm up.
Sun returns early next week with cool January weather. The next chance for rain arrives at the end of the week.
