Jimmy Buffett, Cheap Trick, Choppa and Ying Yang Twins to perform at Saints game
The New Orleans Saints announced that the NFC Championship game on January 20 against the Los Angeles Rams in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome will feature a variety of notable musicians and bands that will perform throughout game day.

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Jimmy Buffett and Cheap Trick will perform at the NFC Championship game this Sunday.

The Saints will play the Los Angeles Rams in the Superdome.

This Sunday in Champions Square, starting at 11:30 a.m., Cheap Trick, will be performing. Cheap Trick connected 60s pop, heavy metal, and punk while providing the blueprint for arena rock. The band reached the Top 10 in the U.S. Charts with the single, “I Want You to Want Me.”

The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016.

Prior to the game, musician, songwriter and author, Jimmy Buffett, will sing the National Anthem. His hit songs include “Margaritaville,” “Come Monday,” and many other hits.

Rapper Choppa and the Ying Yang Twins will perform during halftime. The Ying Yang Twins, best known in New Orleans for its Saints anthem “Halftime (Stand Up and Get Crunk).”

Choppa might take that crown with his rejuvenated hit, “Choppa Style.”
