NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Fog may develop into Friday morning. Otherwise it will be mild and dry on Friday with lots of clouds.
The big change arrives this weekend. A cold front brings a line of rain and maybe a few storms on Saturday. Some of the storms may have strong gusty winds and an isolated severe storm can’t be ruled out.
It will turn windy and colder behind the front by Saturday evening. While it will be dry on Sunday, it will be windy and cold with highs in the 40s. Winds will likely gust over 30 mph at times and the wind chill will be in the 30s into the early afternoon.
A fast warm-up begins late Monday with the next chance for rain on Wednesday with much colder temperatures returning again.
