Tulane expected to announce stadium details Thursday

New Orleans -- Tulane University is rolling out details for its new stadium Thursday.

Administrators plan to make the announcement during an afternoon news conference that they promise will be historic.

FOX 8 broke the story last month. Saints owner Tom Benson is a major financial backer, as is the Glazer family, which owns the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
