Lee Zurik Investigation: S&WB compensations may factor into rate decision

In 2010, the New Orleans Sewerage and Water Board paid 43 million dollars in wages to employees. That doesn't count benefits, including retirement. Also, as we showed you Wednesday night, those retirement benefits can be lucrative for some employees. Should all of this be considered as the Sewerage and Water Board pushes for a rate increase?
