Dry Start To the Weekend-Stormy End

Today's Forecast

Today's Forecast Image

Rain overnight cleared out before daybreak as expected. Today we have seen dry skies with some sun returning with lower humidity. Highs will peak into the lower 80s.

Friday and Saturday will feature the warmest weather so far this year with highs in the mid to upper 80s. A stray shower is possible Friday morning, and a pop-up storm can't be ruled out Saturday afternoon, but the wind is what most will notice. They could cause some interference with outdoor activities. Stay tuned for possible advisories or warnings as the weekend nears.

Widespread rain and thunderstorms will arrive on Sunday. There is the possibility of strong to severe storms during the afternoon and evening hours. Drier and slightly cooler air will follow the storms for a nice start to next week.
