Dawn Brown moved to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina to be part of the history of rebuilding the Crescent City. Almost five years later, she’s very excited to join the FOX 8 Weather Team with the legendary Bob Breck.

Hurricane Katrina was the storm that could “make or break” a person, especially someone required to work during the event and more importantly, watching that event destroy your hometown.

Kimberly Vaughn joined the FOX8 weather team in June 2006. Kimberly is a native of New Orleans and is back home after working at KTVE / KARD in Monroe, LA where she was the weekend/ fill-in weekday meteorologist.
