LOS ANGELES (AP) - The Rev. Al Sharpton says Michael Jackson's family is carefully considering how to celebrate the legacy of the pop star.

Sharpton and Michael Jackson's father, Joe, spoke Monday outside the family's home in the Encino area of Los Angeles.

Joe Jackson says planning for a funeral will await a finding on what happened to his son.

But Joe Jackson says the funeral will not be closed to the public.

Sharpton says the funeral plan has to be careful and deliberate and cannot be done spontaneously.

I think Mrs.Katherine Jackson is capable of seeing about her grandchildrens,Age should not be a factor,Because She love those childrens, she will not see them like their mother did,I hope the judge dont Debbie Rowe those kids, she is money hungery and money stipid,God only knows what she will do if she get them,I am praying that she dont get those kids.If I was the kids and the judge gave me to her I will run away,Because she is a stranger to her.Nancy C.

To Jackson Family,I think the Judge should let Katherine Keep her Grand Childrens,Because if Debbie had wanted them she would not have sold them to their Father,Mrs.Jackson remind me of my mother, such a wonderful and loving woman,I dont care if you are 100 yrs old I think you are capable of seeing about your Grand childrens, all I see is a lot of love you have for them. And God is surely going to bless you for taking care of your grand childrens.I love how you all handled everything,Nobody,Nos anything.I would like a copy of the program.God Bless your entire family.
