NEW ORLEANS (AP) - The Voodoo Experience music festival will be held at City Park Halloween weekend after all.
A festival spokeswoman said Monday an agreement had been reached with park administrators.
The festival dates had been in doubt in part because four weddings and a fund-raiser were scheduled at the same time, Oct. 30-Nov. 1.
Details of the agreement were not immediately available.
Voodoo Experience is one of the park's biggest annual events and landed Grammy-winning artists like Lil Wayne and Nine Inch Nails. Promoters hope staging it Halloween weekend will attract more fans.
