Louisville, KY - A judicial panel in Louisville, KY started considering Wednesday whether all drywall lawsuits should be consolidated into one case.

There are more than a dozen pending lawsuits across the nation. FOX 8 broke the story about Louisiana's first lawsuit back in March.

The judicial panel is expected to take weeks to issue a ruling on case consolidation. Homeowners who think they have tainted drywall claim the building material is causing corrosion in their houses and making them sick.
