New Orleans - Two of the nation's biggest home improvement stores insist they have never sold tainted Chinese drywall. Home Depot and Lowes spoke to FOX 8 Friday afternoon. They say all of the drywall they sell is made in the United States.

Some homeowners are beginning to complain they have Chinese drywall that is damaging appliances, causing corrosion and making them sick.

Last month, FOX 8 broke the story of the first Louisiana lawsuit filed because of such complaints.

Congress should force the companies that closed in america & laid off american workers then outsourced those jobs to china should be forced to repair these homes, Because I grew up driving American made auto's Gen Motors, Fomoco & Mopar now those cars were built to last a long time especially 302 ford 350 chevy &318 to 383 mopars & they did not require a new timing chain every 60k miles my 1st car was passed down from my mother with over 195k miles & I had it for 3 yrs then sold it for $500.00 bucks Now somewhere in the 1980's we started losing the edge because we allowed countries that was our enemy during war Like the Germans flood our streets with Mercedes Benz which all Nazi officers where driven in also Hitler or Mitsubishi they supplied the Japanesse War planes engines which powered them to pearl harbor or another part of the pacific to kill american Marines & sailors, or the chinesse who backed Korea communist army to kill americans soldiers send us Toyota or Nike manufacter Air Jordans shoes & apparels in the most brutal & bloodiest war ever fought Vietnam while they return their goods to america for sale in our malls along with many other goods made outside american borders while americans face massive layoffs increased cost for health Insurance, meds, fuel & groceries all while wondering when or if he/she gets to keep their jobs

Of course they deny selling it- the liability is mind boggling. The denial doesn't mean they didn't sell it, it just means they don't want to pay for any damages if they did. Where else would people have gotten it, though? These two have run all the other building supplies vendors out of business. One of the reasons we never got the first lot of test Katrina Cottages is because Lowes and The Shaw Group had the contract- and were dragging their feet while figuring out how to maximize profit. Or at least that's what the press release said. So we're going to believe Lowes?
