Local cat owners are being encouraged to take advantage of discounted spay and neuter services this month.
Locations are reducing fees to as little as $10.00 They hope this will help control the feral cat population.
Locations include: Spay Mart, Animal Rescue New Orleans, Friends of the Jefferson Parish Animal Shelter, Jefferson Parish Animal Shelter, Jefferson SPCA, Louisiana SPCA, Plaquemines Animal Welfare Society, Plaquemines Cat Action Team, and Plaquemines Parish Animal Control.
