New Orleans - Dozens of Tulane students are getting ready for a mission of mercy.
Early next year, they will make an annual service trip to Honduras.
Category five Hurricane Mitch left the Central American country in ruins in 1998.
As part of "Mission Honduras," the college students will help construct health clinics for villagers in desperate need of the most basic health care services.
The students are trying to raise money to cover expenses including medical supplies and the salaries of two nurses.
A fundraiser is set for tomorrow night at 6pm at the Tulane University Catholic Center at 1037 Audubon Street.
