PB&J Martini
4oz of Grape Juice Mix
1oz of Peanut Butter Cream
Sprinkling of chopped Peanuts
To make the Grape Juice Mix:
8oz Black Cherry Grape Juice
2oz of Grape Preserves
Blend well and set aside.
To make the Peanut Butter Cream
1/2 cup of whipping cream
1 teaspoon of Peanut Butter Syrup (Torani)
1 teaspoon of Peanut Butter (I like to use the natural)
Mix until just thickened. The cream needs to be pourable to float on top.
Take the Juice mix and shake in a Boston Shaker to chill and strain into a Martini style cocktail glass. Float the Peanut Butter Cream on top and sprinkle some chopped peanuts or other nut on top. Sit back and enjoy.
Non-alcholic Ramos Gin Fizz
4oz Half and half
juice of one lemon wedge
juice of one lime wedge
1/4oz Orange Blossom Water
1 egg white or the pasturized equivalent.
1oz Club Soda
Place all ingrediants in a Boston Shaker and shake until well blended and frothy. Add Ice and shake again to chill. Strain in a collins glass and add the club soda. Sit back and enjoy.
