Ingredients:
1 oyster
1 oz calamari
8 shrimp, 51/60
2 cherry peppers
½ oz cornmeal
½ oz corn flour
Salt and Pepper to taste
½ oz frisee lettuce
Provolone cheese diced
Soak the oyster, calamari (sliced thin) and shrimp in buttermilk. Julienne the cherry peppers and reserve for later use. Combine the cornmeal and corn flower and season with salt and pepper to taste. Dredge the seafood in the seasoned flour/cornmeal mixture and fry until crisp. Toss the fried seafood with the sliced pepper and sprinkle diced provolone cheese on top. Serve on a bed of Frisee greens with your favorite Remoulade sauce.

For the month of March, Ralph's on the Park is offering a very special cocktail to raise money for the March of Dimes.
Ask your server for the "MARCH GLADNESS COCKTAIL", and 20% of the proceeds will benefit the March of Dimes, whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality.
