New Orleans – The Hornets have re-signed forward/center Sean Marks, the team announced Thursday. Terms of his contract have not been released.

The Hornets signed the 6-foot-10, nine-year NBA veteran last year to help give depth to the team’s front court.

Marks averaged 3.2 points, 3.1 rebounds and 14 minutes per game for the Hornets last season. Before signing with the Hornets, Marks played with Toronto, Miami, San Antonio and Phoenix.
