Subway restaurants and New Orleans Saints Tailgate Contest Rules

These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Louisiana Media Company, LLC/WVUE-TV, (collectively, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 1025 S. Jefferson Davis Pkwy, New Orleans, LA 70125 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at fox8live.com. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.

Entry forms are to be picked up at any SUBWAY® restaurants in the New Orleans 8 Parish metro area between August 31, 2009 and December 20, 2009, or online at www.fox8live.com. Entry forms are to be mailed to 1025 S. Jefferson Davis Pkwy, New Orleans, LA 70125. They must be postmarked and received no later than:

You may enter as many times as you wish. Odds of winning are dependent on number of entries received. Must be 18 years of age or older. Winner of each game listed above will be determined by random drawing from all entries received with the Friday postmarked listed above. Any forms postmarked after the Friday dates listed above will automatically be entered into the following game. Winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail before COB the following Monday prior to 5pm. Employees and immediate families of Louisiana Media Company, LLC/WVUE-TV, SUBWAY® Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust, Subway employees, Doctor’s Associates Inc., the New Orleans Saints, subsidiaries or agencies are not eligible to participate.

One verified winner will be chosen and receive:
20 tickets and pregame tailgate party inside the Louisiana Superdome for the one regular season home game. Private tailgate party will be hosted on the premium Club Level beginning 2-3 hours before kickoff. Saints will shoot footage of pregame tailgate party before each regular season home game in order to highlight promotional winners on jumbotrons. Value of the entire prize package is $900. Prize cannot be exchanged for another game date.

Potential winners may be required to sign & return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and/or a Publicity Release upon receipt of prize. Except where prohibited by law, winner consents to use of their name, prize information and likeness for promotional purposes worldwide in any media without additional compensation. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes. Winners list may be obtained by writing to WVUE-TV, 1025 S. Jefferson Davis Pkwy, New Orleans, LA 70125. Non-compliance with these rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance of a prize by a minor will require execution by parent or legal guardian of required documentation. No transfer or substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
