New Orleans - Mayor Ray Nagin said he does not know who this "phantom" person is who supposedly deleted some of his emails.
Nagin was responding to claims by a technology company hired to recover computer information.
Nagin denies he tried to hide his emails and questioned why the computer experts brought in by the city commented to the media before issuing a report to city officials.
