New Orleans - Kids of all ages are spending more and more time on the internet and on their cell phones, but do most parents know what their children are really doing?

High tech times call for high tech measures, renewing the debate over parental snooping.

Should parents cyber snoop on their kids, why and how?

"What I tell parents, when they say I don't want to be snooping on my kids, I tell them, you're not really snooping on your kids, you're snooping on a predator that's trying to get your child," FBI Special Agent Stacey Kent.

Some young internet users call it an invasion of privacy.
