Police arresting a suspected drug dealer in Poland got a shock when a snake suddenly appeared out of her bra.

The four-foot long python had reportedly been curled up around the breasts of the suspect.

The woman was arrested over bags of amphetamines that police found in her apartment.

Officers admit they hadn't searched the woman immediately after her arrest because they didn't want to breach her human rights and that "no one thought to look inside her blouse."

A St. Lucia man who lives in a corrugated home, without electricity or water, has turned down an offer of $60 million for his land. 

Claudius Lousien sleeps on an old lounger and his dinner consists of the fish he catches cooked on left-over coals from his charcoal fire. He says his father was born on the Caribbean island and that he has never visited a doctor or a dentist.

Lousien's home sits atop a hill with views of all directions and he says it's "a nice place, cool and quiet, with all these beautiful trees."

The 70-year-old simply said he doesn't want to sell because he wants "to be buried here."

A dancing goat has gained celebrity status in a village in China.

The goat's owner says "it's like a kid, always following me wherever I go" and that people from all over the area come to see the goat perform.

"Whenever it has a bit of free time, it will stand up and dance in a circle and even shake hands with visitors," the owner says.

The owner claims he has been offered a small fortune for the eight-month-old animal but says he has no plans to sell.

A man's night in a transsexual brothel in Switzerland was ruined when a fire swept through the place trapping him naked on the balcony.

The man insists he wasn't a customer of the brothel but that he was just partying with a friend in an apartment.

He says he fell asleep, woke up to find the apartment on fire, and was forced to escape on the balcony.

The man was caught by television crews and photographers and was only persuaded to leave the balcony after rescue crews promised to let him cover his face.

The man says he is gay but that his family doesn't know and that he hopes "my family can't tell who I am from my bottom."

Italian police have tracked down one of the country's most-wanted fugitive mafia suspects, by using his Facebook page.

Pasquale Manfredi, 33, was one of Italy's 100 Most Wanted fugitives. He's facing charges on murder and drug trafficking.

Police were tipped off that Manfredi, who calls himself Scarface, after the Al Pacino character in the movie of the same name, was a fan of Facebook and used the site frequently.

They were able to locate him with electronic surveillance equipment after he regularly logged on using his laptop.

Now, his friends list is being scoured for others who might be involved in Mafia activity or who may be wanted.

A Russian couple who had sex in their car died of carbon monoxide poisoning after they left the engine running.

According to Interfax, citing a Moscow police spokesperson, the couple turned on the engine of their Volkswagen to get warm while they engaged in their intimate moment.

Police believe that during their rendezvous the couple inhaled the gas and died.

They were found in the car parked in their garage. Because of the weather, most Russians keep their cars in small garages that encase the vehicle tightly.

A dog has recovered after needing emergency surgery after it swallowed a whole toy football.

The black lab was taken to a vet in Glasgow, Scotland when his owner John Grant became concerned about his pet's nagging cough.

X-rays revealed a dark spot next to the heart, but the vet didn't know what it was. It was only after operating on Bracken that they discovered it was a 4.7 inch deflated toy football.

The vet says the dog would have died without the operation.

Grant told the BBC he doesn't know where the pooch got the ball, but he didn't seem too surprised since he says Bracken "eats anything; plastic bottles, golf balls, stones and sticks." 

Monkeys pay more attention to females than they do to males, according to a new study.

Scientists studied wild vervet monkeys in South Africa and found that they were better able to learn a task when it was demonstrated by a female than when they watched a male try and show them the activity.

The researchers compared monkeys' responses to demonstrations of a simple box-opening task, which was demonstrated by either a male or female monkey and found they responded better to females.

Time Warner Cable has apologized after preview clips of the Playboy channel were accidentally played out on two children's channels in North Carolina.

The "technical glitch," as it was explained by the company, lasted two hours on Tuesday in different parts of the state.

The scenes were shown on the menu page in the upper right corner as listings for children's programming appeared on the left.

U.S. researchers discovered that bacteria living on a person's skin are different for each individual, meaning it could help identify people.

Swabs were taken from keyboards and were then matched to bacteria they found belonging to the computer owners.

Each person leaves behind a unique trail of bugs as they go about their daily lives and scientists say this trail could be the basis of a new forensic tool.

Hand bacteria can survive at room temperatures for up to two weeks, the researchers found.

The scientists also say that this emerging technology is 70-90 per cent accurate, and that this will increase as it is refined over time.
