Sixers use bench to beat Hornets for third straight win

Thaddeus Young scored a team-high 19 points off the bench, as the Philadelphia 76ers picked up a season-high third consecutive win with a 101-94 decision over the New Orleans Hornets.

Andre Iguodala finished with 14 points, nine rebounds and seven assists for the Sixers, who got a strong effort from their bench. In addition to Young, Rodney Carney had 13 points while Lou Williams ended with 11 points and five assists.

Samuel Dalembert hauled in 16 boards to go with seven points for Philadelphia, which hadn't beaten the Hornets in New Orleans since January 2004.

Peja Stojakovic had 23 points to pace the Hornets, who lost their third in a row. Darren Collison ended with 17 points and four assists in the setback.
