It's been a long and crazy journey to Fox 8 Sports for this local New Orleanian. Sean grew up in Gretna, LA and graduated from Brother Martin High School.
He has done just about every job there is to do in television. He started his started his career in Houma, LA for HTV after graduating from LSU. After leaving HTV six months into the job, Sean took a desk assistant job at another local television station.
The job was originally supposed to be part-time before he found his next on-air job, but then came Hurricane Katrina, and the work he and his co-workers did before, during and after the storm was probably the most rewarding experience of his life.
Sean stayed in his hometown for more than three years, rising from desk assistant to morning show associate producer to sports producer and finally to topical producer.
While producing was a great experience, he always knew sports-reporting was where his heart was, so he moved on to other opportunities.
After a semester back in school, he finally got the chance he had been waiting for when his college classmate Rob Ennis called about an opening. WVUE offered him a job producing and reporting for FOX 8 Sports Daily in September and he has been here ever since.
Sean is a self-proclaimed ‘fitness freak' and is always doing something active, usually working out or playing basketball, when he's not at work. He's also a huge movie buff, and wastes entirely too much time quoting movies with his friends usually from either "There's Something About Mary," "Zoolander," or his all-time favorite "Boogie Nights."
