New Orleans gets newly renovated cruise terminal

New Orleans, La. - Just in time for the summer cruising season, New Orleans is getting a newly renovated cruise terminal. The Port of New Orleans is dedicating the updated cruise terminal at Julia Street on Monday afternoon.

Lt. Governor Jay Dardenne will join the Board of Commissioners of the Port of New Orleans in unveiling the $20.1 million construction project. The project consolidates two small cruise terminals into one modern facility capable of hosting the cruise industry's largest vessels.
