One woman arrested, another sought in Dulac home invasion

Dulac, La. - The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office is searching for two women wanted for attacking another woman during a home invasion.  Sheriff Vernon Bourgeois says that on Monday evening, May 21st, deputies responded to a call for help from an 18 year old woman who lives in the 100 block of Joe Court in Dulac.

The victim reported that she was home asleep when the two women entered her home through an unlocked door and attacked her.  The victim, who suffered head and face injuries, told deputies the suspects were at her home looking for her sister.

Sheriff Bourgeois identified the two suspects and arrested one of them, 24 year old Renea Eskind of Dulac.  Eskind was charged with home invasion and released after posting a $25,000.00 bond.

An arrest warrant has been issued for the second suspect in the case, 25 year old Stephanie Lynn Dion. Anyone with information is asked to call the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office, (985)876-2500, or Crime Stoppers, 1(800)743-7433, and may be eligible for a cash reward.
