New Orleans, La. - A teenager is in police custody for the shooting deaths of a 5 year-old girl and a 33 year-old woman Tuesday evening.

At an afternoon press conference, Chief Ronal Serpas said 18 year-old Leo Riles turned himself into police Tuesday night.
