Piccadilly's Blackened Shrimp Pasta

Blackened Shrimp Pasta

1 ½ lbs peeled shrimp 40-50 ct

4 oz margarine

2 ½ tbl blackened seasoning

1 lb penne pasta (raw weight)

1 ½ oz parsley  (chopped)

Directions: Heat margarine in large skillet, when hot add shrimp and blackened seasoning.  Cook shrimp for about 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink and firm (DO NOT OVERCOOK).  Add cooked penne pasta and chopped parsley to skillet and toss, let heat for about 2 minutes.  Serve immediately. 

Notes:  You can substitute any seafood or chicken for shrimp. You can also substitute any type of pasta that you prefer.
