New Orleans, LA - As the NFL Commissioner heard the appeals for four suspended players in the league, he also turned over some of his evidence.
200 pages of documents with emails, power point presentations and even hand written notes were finally disclosed.
"Well if this was a mountain of evidence, you've got to re-define mountain of evidence for me," says Mike Detillier.
Sports Analyst Mike Detillier believes the revealed evidence is circumstantial and really doesn't prove much, but he says under NFL guidelines, the only thing that needs to be established is that an offer was on the table for a hit.
One of the documents does show names and money amounts.
It appears to show ten thousand dollar donations from Jonathan Vilma, former defensive lineman Charles Grant, and William's friend, Mike Ornstein.
It also shows a five thousand dollar contribution from Joe Vitt and former defensive end Bobby McCray along with current defensive end Will Smith.
Former Saints player Scott Fujita appears to have been put down as donating two thousand dollars.
"If that's the case, he thinks he's got it. He is being backed by other owners in the this league who don't want to see billions of dollars paid out to former players," says Detillier.
There was also an email from former friend of the program, Mike Ornstein, to former defensive coordinator Gregg Williams.
"Mike Ornstein is a two time convicted felon who had hung around this organization for quite some time along with other NFL teams. The thing is why are you associated with Mike after all of this," says Detillier.
Jonathan Vilma's attorney called the appeal hearing a sham and said Goodell failed to present the evidence on which he based his decision to suspend Vilma.
Retired player, Darren Sharper, agrees.
"As everyone knows, I was a part of everything and I witnessed everything that happened. As of now, I have not seen any concrete evidence that indicates a reason to suspend a guy for a year or even 4 games," says Sharper.
Former Saints Executive Jim Miller points out, Goodell holds all of the power and doesn't need to show the players everything.
"They've got to have supporting evidence either personal testimony or whoever the leak was. They've got that in their back pocket for when they really need it," says Miller.
Miller believes Goodell will only be forced to show the most crucial evidence if he ends up in Federal Court since Vilma is suing him for defamation.
As for the appeals, Detillier says Goodell has the full authority to do what he wants.
"He's laying down that one man supreme court ruling that this is it and I'm not going to change my mind," says Detillier.
The NFl Lead Counsel, Jeff Pash indicated the majority of the evidence was not revealed because revealing everything would have given away Goodell's sources.
