Associated Press- The federal government adds 600,000 Toyota Camrys and other vehicles to an investigation of fires in power window switches.

The investigation now includes more than 1.4 million cars and SUV's from the 2007 to 2009 model years.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says the switches in the driver's side doors can overheat and catch fire.

So far, the problem has caused 161 fires and nine injuries.

No recalls have been issued.
