New Orleans, La. - The Hornets' expected first overall draft choice, Anthony Davis, was in New Orleans Tuesday to meet with the organization, including new owner Tom Benson.
Afterwards, he met with the media where he talked about his admiration for Coach Monty Williams' track record of emphasizing defense and teaching big men.
Afterwards, General Manager Dell Demps told the media how he did not want to put pressure on the 19-year-old. The team has yet to officially announce that Davis is officially going to be their selection.
Davis, along with Restricted Free Agent Guard Eric Gordon, have invitations to try out the with USA National team in early July before the NBA's summer league.
