Facebook employees think they've come up with a way to tempt you to click on ads.

The social networking website says it will begin to use your web browsing history to decide which ads you should see.

Some people fear monitoring web browsing history will violate Facebook users' privacy. The company insists it won't share any user data with advertisers. It also insists none of the advertising controls that users have in place will go away.

The new targeted ad campaign will begin within the next couple of weeks.
