New Orleans, La. - Another woman came forward to report indecent exposure in the Warehouse District.
A FOX 8 exclusive Wednesday night included surveillance video of two accounts of a man touching himself inappropriately in front of women in the Warehouse District. One woman was sitting inside her condo building lobby when she looked up to see a man exposing himself just outside the glass door. Another woman was jogging when a man on a bike followed her and did the same thing.
Friday night, another woman tells FOX 8 she's seen a man on a bike and on foot expose and fondle himself during her morning dog walks.
"Starting at the first of the year, a gentleman began approaching me. The first time on South Diamond he asked me the time," she said. "He was in a portalet and when I came back from Convention Center with my dogs, I noticed the door cracked. So I walked into the street and he opened the door. His pants were down and he was fondling himself."
She says she's seen the same man do this three times. She said the last time he was on a bike and would circle near where she was walking, just like the man in the surveillance video with the jogger. She says she called 911 after each incident.
New Orleans police say they're still gathering surveillance video, and they ask victims to report any such incidents.
