New Orleans, LA- A key subject in the federal government's investigation into former New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin will appear in federal court Tuesday afternoon.
Frank Fradella will appear before a magistrate judge Tuesday at 2 o'clock in the afternoon.
Fradella was charged with securities fraud in Texas, but his case has been transferred to New Orleans. Some law experts say it could be a sign Fradella may be cooperating in the government's probe of Nagin.
Fradella had contracts with the city and Nagin tried to hide meetings with Fradella when FOX 8's Lee Zurik requested his calendar in 2009.
