Entergy launches new smartphone app

New Orleans, La. - Need an update on a power outage? There's an app for that.

Entergy New Orleans, Inc. just launched a new smartphone app. The app will allow customers to see the latest news from Entergy, access their account information, get updates on power outages, and energy saving tips.

The free app is currently only available for iPhones but an Android version is in the works.
