Payton, wife file for divorce

Saints coach Sean Payton has filed for divorce from his wife Beth, according to the Times-Picayune.

The report points to a petition from Tarrant County, Texas, on June 14. The filings indicate there is no hope for a reconciliation, and that Sean Payton has already moved out of his home in a Dallas suburb.

News of a pending divorce comes just a few days before the Paytons' anniversary. They were married on July 11, 1992.
