A second weekend case happened around 1:30 Sunday morning. Police say an attacker struck near the intersection of St. Charles and Canal. According to police a woman was walking to her vehicle when a man approached and put a gun to her head. He forced her inside a black SUV and raped her. The 23-year-old victim tells police the man is in his 40's. He has a tattoo on his right hand and unmistakable facial hair, a goatee with gray braids.
