New Orleans, LA - The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a 28-year-old man dead.

The incident occurred Saturday at 5:15 p.m. in the 3800 block of North Johnson Street.

The man has been identified as Terell Walker.

Police say that responding officers arrived on the scene and found Walker suffering from a single gunshot to the head. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
