New Orleans, La. - The NOPD is investigating a double murder in the upper 9th Ward.
Police say it happened in the 1900 block of Feliciana Street just before 9am in the 9th Ward.
At this time, police say they have a person in custody for questioning but that person has not been charged.
The victim's identities have not been released.
