New Orleans, La. - The NOPD has released a composite sketch of a man wanted for raping a woman the 2600 block of Marais Street. The incident happened on June 30th around 4:30 in the morning. According to police, the suspect entered the woman's home through a window and began sexually assaulting her as she lay asleep in her bed.
Police say the woman fought back and began choking the suspect. That's when he took off running and escaped. The suspect is described as a black man with a slim build and dreadlocks that he wore pulled back.
