One person was wounded and two suspects are in custody after a shooting involving an RTA bus in the Gert Town area.
NOPD first got a call on the shooting at S. Carrollton Avenue and Stroelitz Street at 5:32 Thursday evening.
A witness at the scene tells FOX 8 News that she saw a man step off the bus at that location and pull out a pistol, firing five to 10 shots at the bus.
Police confirm that a male, age unknown, was wounded in an arm. We do not know that victim's condition at this point.
Officers were able to arrest two suspects, but we don't know their identities or motive.
