NOPD needs help locating missing siblings

New Orleans, La. – New Orleans police need help locating 14-year-old Dangelo Powell and 12-year-old Flora Holmes. The siblings were last seen by their mother at their home Tuesday around 6:00 a.m. The family lives in the 13,000 block of Intrepid Street in New Orleans East.

Investigators say after a family disagreement, Powell and Holmes ran away from home.

Powell is described as an African American male, 5' 9" tall, weighing approximately 120 lbs. He was last seen wearing black basketball shorts, white t-shirt and navy and black tennis shoes.

Holmes is described as an African American female, 5' 3" tall, weighing approximately 60-70 lbs. She was last seen wearing a bright shirt, blue jeans and blue tennis shoes.
