Cocodrie, La. - A popular Cocodrie restaurant went up in flames overnight.

Firefighters were called to the scene at the Harbor Light Marina restaurant and bar at the end of LA 56 around 1am.

The building was completely engulfed when firemen arrived.

One person was sleeping in one of the rooms at the time and was able to get out safely.

Firefighters believe it may have started in the kitchen.
