Court date set for Cuba Gooding Jr.

New Orleans, La. - Actor Cuba Gooding, Jr. no longer has a warrant out for his arrest, but a spokesman for the NOPD says the actor will appear in municipal court Friday morning.

Gooding allegedly pushed a bartender twice in a French Quarter bar early Tuesday morning.

The incident happened in the 200 block of Bourbon Street around 3 a.m.  A female bartender reportedly told officers that Gooding entered the bar with a group of people, and after a few minutes, other customers recognized him and started asking him to take photos with them.

The bartender claims that Gooding soon became very aggravated with them.  That's when she reportedly approached him and asked him to calm down.
