State Police: Evidence in Saints eavesdropping case turned over to FBI

New Orleans, La. - State Police Col. Mike Edmonson says his investigators gave the FBI their review of evidence collected in an alleged eavesdropping case involving the Saints at the Superdome.

Edmonson did not say whether his investigators found any evidence laws were broken.

Earlier this summer allegations arose claiming General Manager Mickey Loomis had the ability to eavesdrop on opposing coaches at the Superdome.

Information from the joint investigation by state police and the FBI will ultimately be turned over to the US Attorney's Office.
