St. Tammany Parish deputies arrest a Metairie man for setting up hidden cameras in a woman's north shore home.
They booked William Stroud III Friday on three counts of video voyeurism.
They say he placed a camera in the woman's bedroom and another in her bathroom.
Deputies say Stroud was able to use a wireless connection to record the video in another part of the home.
They say the video showed the woman and her two children inside the home.
A spokesman with the sheriff's office said he specifically targeted the victim and that this was not a random incident
If convicted, Stroud faces up to 20 years in prison.
