Boston, Mass.- It might be time for new glasses. A woman walked right off a subway platform with a child in her arms.

Meera Thakrar tumbled face first onto the tracks, landing dangerously close to the high-voltage third rail.

Surveillance cameras rolling in the Boston Subway caught images as bystanders jumped from the platform to help the woman and her four-year-old child.

Thakrar says she mistook the northbound train which had arrived on the other set of tracks for the southbound train she was waiting to board.

The two were taken to a hospital to get checked out. They were fine.

Thakrar now vows to never take trains again.
